Been asked over the last few days is it safe to ride a motor bike in this weather , I didn't feel safe driving let alone riding a bike , if you get caught out in one of the big down pours , pull over till it slows down , riding in the rain and riding in what we had over the past few day are different , just be aware of the puddles it might be hiding a pot hole , give your self plenty of braking distance , keep the bike more up right on roundabouts , look out for slippery surfaces like metal man hole covers , white markings , most people who are not use to riding in the wet normally ride to fast SLOW DOWN , set out 15mins early so you don't have to rush on the wet road , I've learnt by my own mistakes over the past 40yrs and still learning follow these few simple rules and stay safe
